Nice work, guys. Wish I could have been there to join you.

PS--It's heartening to know I'm not the only one who flies around with his windows covered in cow shit. 8)

I am a firm believer now of the aerodynamic advantage of cow shit placed strategically (wherever it lands) on the exterior of an airframe.

BTW, I'm going to be in Cleveland for a few days. Are you close enough to get together?

I have meetings tue/wed/thu

When I arrive will be weather dependent. Not looking good right now. Might end up on southwest.

Re: OHIO - Starting the year off

I responded to the duplicate thread...he he he.

I can give you coordinates for a place to stay and or an aerocross session. For rough planning use KZZV. My strip is Maule-friendly but there are cows on the main strip right now. And I don't think a Maule will fit in my hangar (only safety from the cows). The tower strip and my home strip are intimidating but will not have cows. I can probably go into non-transponder friendly areas. --If I have time to fix my radio.

Also, before your meetings is better for me because I might leave town the 16th or 17th. You can drive my jeep to Cleveland if WX gets shitty but only if I fix the starter...January is the month everything breaks around here.

Yeah, here also.

Ok, let me see how weather is shaping up and make the final call.

Looks like I'm going to be in Columbus without both plane and car. :-(
