Oil Leak

I hate to admit it, but my oil leak turns out to be a missing crankcase vent tube. The first four to six inches are present, which explains why it is dumping on the inside of the bottom cowling only. Thankfully this will be a quick inexpensive repair, now I need to get the heavy wing issue fixed. Oh yeah, and a brake caliper is starting to show signs of needing a new seal, but then it will be perfect.

I sure hope I can get away from the flight hours to maintainance hours of 1:1, a helicopter isn't normally that bad. If I can get through the first summer with nothing more than elbow grease and TLC, the wife should be good come the larger expenses.
