Living the dream. Not uncommon in Alaska to see planes land on roads for gas/fuel. Just like anything in life if you have never seen it done you would wonder if it is safe. I know pilots that feel it is unsafe to take family members up in any single engine piston aircraft at night. All about how you were trained/raised.
