I had never heard or seen this before. The williams flying platform. A friend sent me this interesting video, enjoy.

That's a machine that will literally drop out of the sky from an engine failure. Still would be loads of fun.

It looks incredibly stable for what it is. Wonder what happened that kept it from going into production.

Anything with Williams Flying Machine is a joke --- His (?) flying "car" is a ground effect vechele that has taken lots of investors for a ride.
