Hello,
I am looking for route advise from Northbend Oregon OTH to West Yellowstone WYS and then into Johnson Creek and back to Oregon. I will be leaving in a PA 22/20 160 monday evening the 16th and would like to get somewhere into eastern oregon for the night and then on to WYS the next day. As I am not familiar with the area, I would prefer to follow some roads, especially over the high terrain. Oregon is not the issue, but when I cross into Idaho/Montana I will be in new territory. I was thinking of following hwy 20 out of Mountain Home area and heading to hwy 15 and going north then Hwy 20 again into west yellowstone. I do not need to go this far south if anyone knows of a better way to get through the terrain in these parts of the country. I will be leaving west yellowstone on friday the 20th and heading for Johnson creek for the weekend and then home. Any advice is appreciated or anyone else heading this direction around this time, let me know.
Thanks,
Brent
