Oregon crew goes to Idaho

We had a small posse from the Willamette Valley fly to Idaho for some fun over the past couple weeks. I know I'm not the only one with pictures and video so hopefully everyone else can post some stuff from out trip here.

And then I flew to Driggs to visit a friend, here I am cruising along

I could even land at his house

Then I had to go home, but not with out one more stop at Reds

And figured I might as well check out Chukar Flats

The most productive fishing was probably at Temperance Creek on the Snake with both bass and trout being caught. There were some big salmon/steelhead that we could see at Upper Loon but nothing was caught there. I had the most fun fly fishing on the Teton by canoe when I was in Driggs. We were a couple weeks too early for fishing in the Frank Church as everything was running pretty fast, sometime later this month I bet it will be prime time back there.

Yeah, well if we could have hooked up in Afton, and played around on the way back to my area, it would have been another 20 for you at least. Next time!
