onXmaps says it is part of a 53,500 acre piece owned by Green Diamond Resource Co out of Seattle. Public land is a 100 yards off the SW end of the strip.

OREGON LANDS
In cooperation with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Oregon State Police, Oregon Wildlife Heritage Foundation and the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Green Diamond Resource Company allows public access to over 600,000 acres of private working forest land.

It's doesn't say no airplanes. :-)

They allow year round access for motorized vehicles unless otherwise posted.
