Oregon Mile High in the making

I have been working on clearing and grubbing this property and I think it's doable.
There is room to touch down at the bottom of the hill, but I don't know about making it up the steep part. Or bailing off the hill on takeoff for that matter.
Need some help looking it over.

The grass at the bottom will be cleaned up.

The oak trees at the bottom will be gone.

The pics don't do it justice. I will have a clinometer tomorrow to see exactly how steep it is.

Rob, I can pick you up at Reds tomorrow, 3-4 miles away.

You can send me a PM with the location and I will come land it for the first time if it looks safe to do to me.
