Pa-14 or Wag-aero2+2
Technical and practical discussion about specific aircraft types such as Cessna 180, Maule M7, et al. Please read and search carefully before posting, as many popular topics have already been discussed.
Does anybody have information/experience with either a PA-14 or a Wag-Aero 2+2? I want to know about adding Super Cub mods like extended Gear and longer flaps. I would appreciate any leads on clubs that might specialize in the cruiser series of Pipers as well.

I'll have to for awhile, but I figure I might as well start collecting parts.

There's a guy here in the valley that built a 2+2 and he liked it. He sold it and built another homebuilt that's sort of a HUGE 2+2 now... pm me and I'd give ya his number if you're serious.

God put me here to accomplish a certain amount of things...right now I'm so far behind, I'll never die!!
Guess this is my day for sales. Take a good look at the Bearhawk.

Building Bearhawk # 862
Thanks for the input about the Bearhawk. I'd love to have a fly-off against my MX-7-235. The Bearhawk seems like an interesting plane, but I'm looking for less complex, more Super Cub. Although a Bearhawk with a fixed pitch prop, and minimal interior, would probably perform as well as a Bushwhacker if equally equipped. Maybe worth another look.
