Nope, he's dead, a friend of mine bought his RAM 414 (N414PapaSierra) from him a few years ago. Same one he crashed in Prescott. Replaced the interior right away due to years of smoking. New engines, avionics upgrades, very nice plane now!

Tips for pot running pilots:

1) Don't file a flight plan.
2) Don't fly high enough to be on radar.
and
3) Don't take off from a "known" pot growing area.

You might also not want to advertise your love for pot via documentary films too! #-o
