And the worse is the a&p told me the plane is not airworthy good thing I walk away.So if this plane go for sale again beware.I need a plane if any can help give me a ring "PLEASE" THANKS BEAGLE.

Better to still be shopping with your cash in hand than to get stuck with a piece of shit bird that you can't offload. Plane shopping is fun! I looked at several 170's before settling on one. The one I did choose had perfect logs back to day one, they really help with the resale value.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
I think that there is a pacer for sale in the Twin Falls area. If I am correct it is a nice little plane. I will take a look and let you know.

Seems to me like you have a bit of a Pacer guru right there in your area in Steve of Steve's Aircraft (or whatever he calls it). he could maybe put you onto a good one, or verify that one you're looking at is good.
Nothing at all wrong with a good Pacer, esp a light one with an O-320.
Good luck hunting...

Cessna Skywagon -- accept no substitute!
Alliance Nebraska has a couple of pacers for sale. They have one almost completed from a total rebuild I saw when I landed there recently. Call Heartland Aviation and ask for Larry.
There was another nice one listed for sale on the AK Bushwheels website with 26" bushwheels installed. Located somewhere in Wyoming if I remember right.
