Close to my home Airport and maybe 80 miles north of the Canada/USA boarder, around 400 miles north of Minot.
A family of 5 asked a favor of the local flight instructor to take them for flight in a potential buy. At 2500 AGL the engine failed( later to be determined ice in fuel line)

Good job on the pilots part.... Shedding the right wing and landing gear probably got rid of ALOT of energy.....
