Prebuy mechanic near Santa Rosa Cali?
Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?
Close to partnering on an older 206 out that way with a buddy of mine. If anyone knows of a good mechanic in that area I'd really appreciate it. Just trying to get all the ducks in a roll.

Give this guy a call, I did a prebuy in his shop some years back, seemed like a good guy, and he is close there.

Barry has maintained my 180 for a few years and he is very thorough. I've probably replaced a few more aging things a bit earlier than some other mechanics would have wanted, but then that style is probably what you want on a pre-buy.

I do not see why people do a pre-buy, which has no legal footing that I know of, instead of having a fresh annual done, which does carry some legal implications.

Hey trim. It's just out of fresh annual. Prebuy to make sure it wasn't pencil whipped and a good tool for negotiations and also know what $ you'll be spending in the near future. Cheaper and more convenient than traveling across the country to find surprises.
