Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?
Does any one know the approved method to patch a hole in Razorback?

Mark,
Pick yourself up a copy of AC43.13-1B Acceptable methods, techniques and practices.
It will be the best $20:00 investment you can buy

On my experimental airplane I have approved duct tape as a permanent repair, in some places I am going on 4+years so that seems to be fairly permanent to me.

This is a Maule? If so , I'm 90% sure your covered by the type certificate for the razorback, so You shouldn't have to worry about that forty something year old AC or an STC. I'm sure your airplane is not doped, you may want to call Maule as they have been known to use different brands of automotive paint over the years.
