recommendations for flight surgeon for 3rd class

Well its that time again. I am looking for a flight surgeon for my 3rd class medical in the greater PDX area. Any recommendations. I'm willing to travel around the valley for a good one.

Thanks,
Dave

David Selby in Lake Oswego. He's the only AME I've had in the area, so I know no others (yet.) He wanted a pretty close look at my junk though, so I guess he's thorough.

I used Dr. Craig Thompson in Vancouver for my last medical. He seemed to be decent and thorough. (Not as thorough as Zanes's though)

Maybe he just likes you. Or maybe, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. (there's two ways to take that one)

Make sure and tell him you want to feel only one hand on your shoulder during the oil check.

Ha!! Yeah, I got worried when he pulled out his monocle.

Only 2 more years of my thirties, but I plan to hold that other hand firmly on my shoulder. Scratch that, gonna find a female AME.

I think the jig will be up when you ask about scheduling your monthly prostate exams.

With clothing, the opposite of NOMEX is polypro (polypropylene cloth and fleece).
