Red Green is hilarious ! Canada's answer to Tim the Tool Man, but perhaps Red came first? I looked up Red Green (Steve Smith) on wikipedia and read the story. He did something like 10 or 13 years worth of those shows. Now he doesn't want to play that character any more mostly because that gravely voice hurts his vocal chords to do.

His instructional video on using a cordless electric egg beater to replace the window crank on an old truck is priceless... "Does winding the window up and down by hand make you feel a bit... lower middle class? Just get yourself one of these bat'ry powered hand mixers..."
