Red Pine Grove, Maine

I’m sitting at breakfast at a friend’s camp in northern Maine. We’ve been talking about flying into Red Pine Grove some time this week. Sounds interesting.

BUT, airfield.guide lists a Runway Hazard Index of 15, mostly because of an “other hazards” score of 7.

Have you flown into there. Any idea what the unnamed hazards are?

The brief covers the other hazards Stu as GB states. It’s not too difficult if there’s not a lot of wind.
