Any Phoenix BCPers out there? Last Saturday I counted 3 strips with bad erosion issues south and west of the Estrella Mtns as well as the Motown party coming up that need some grading attention. I may have access to a road grader and I am an experienced operator; but, need some local knowledge about which areas are gov, private or Reservation (don't want to get shot).
