I'd request that anyone making an error report about any kind of malfunction, please include the following information:
1. Your computer operating system (Mac, Windows, Linux)
2. Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, et al...and the version)
3. ISP (Internet Service Provider) e.g. Verizon, Comcast, Roadrunner, government T3 at your FAA office
4. What exactly you're doing (loading Recent Topics, Photo Gallery, logging in...)
5. The exact (as possible) error message or behavior returned.
6. Confirmation that you've deleted your cookies and cache before trying again.
