Hal "Mr. Big Bore", Stockman was in town today, dropping off a complete BB'd 912 via Joel Milloway's place. That's a complete 105 hp engine in the back seat. The engine was well secured via the seatbelts, and this is not the first time he has made a delivery this way, gotta love it! Oh, yeah, a couple hundreds miles away he was also delivering that Prince prop to another customer.
He also showed me his new tail spring that the Breedens are selling, and though I had earlier scoffed at the need of one, once I actually felt the cushy feel it gives back there, I am ordering one. Especially as compared to my 3 leaf J-3 spring I have been using, I will save weight.
