They cite costs. Apparently the lawsuit from FlightPrep was too much. I can't say I blame the guy.

Tough break. I used the site all the time. Sounds like a fun hobby for him just turned into a nightmare. No, certainly can't blame him. I wish Dave all the best.

It's not the lawsuit, it's the fact that the FAA will now be charging ridiculous fees for the data. Expect many more to close up.

Well it's gone now, I was using it 20 minutes ago but now it's unavailable... Too bad.
