Here is the replacement number for the lower 48:

Area code 850 is Florida.

Interesting. I wonder if using the cable and adapter with a Lightspeed Zulu would eliminate the GCA headset amplifier/adapter? The Zulus already have a 3.5 mm stereo female socket for a cell phone.

That's what I was wondering. I'm on this crazy ass shopping spree getting stuff for the new place, I'll add a cable to the list and let you know. :-)

Blackrock: Yup they are good numbers, but I'm not sure if Wrangell and Sitka still have a customs officer or lost funding. Ketchikan office can tell you with a simple phone call.

Use the 866 numbers for Canada FSS, not the 800 numbers, even with a US cell phone.
