Here's a copy of the Schwiezer Tow Hook STC.

Schwiezer quit making them a few years back. The one on my '05 Husky, factory installed, says made in '98. Guess it took awhile to use up old stock. Anyway, I think Alaskan Bushwheel may be making them now. If not, I know someone picked up the ball on this.
