I hope they didn't get stuck with to much chicken. Just an ugly stormy day around here. At least it's not cold.

We drove over. There were 3 planes on the ground. Direct crosswind! Several downpours while we were there. They figured about 100 cars for the cruise in and served 1,000 less than last year. Mother Nature can put a damper on things!

Okay that is a good enough excuse. I was wondering where you were since it seems just like your kinda thing! Good food, and A LOT of cool cars!

As we were leaving some dumb ass in an RV almost clipped the wires on the approach end intentionally trying to go under em, had he balled it up there were family's walking all over in that area. I got on the radio and told him he was an idiot, he still thought he was pretty cool. Watch out for idiots like these!

It is exactly what I like. If the runway would have been open I would have been there. Next year.

I can't bitch to much. I have had much fun in Sept and now Oct.

Sept 5-6 WAAAM Hood River flyin
Sept 10-15 Reno Air Races
Sept 20-21 Flew to Pacific City
Week off what should have The Chicken Run
Oct 3-4-5 James's flyin camp in Idaho
Oct 10-11-12 High Sierra flyin

Cheers...Rob
