Sea Plane West mount question

Working towards hanging the new motor on my SPW mount. The front Lord Mounts seem perfect but the aft mounts are weird. The spacer for the middle, between the top and bottom halves, is quite a bit shorter than the space that it fits in. Are these mounts designed to squish down to accommodate this shorter spacer? Did anybody else have this experience? The part numbers match the drawing and the parts came straight out of the boxes that Acorn sent. What am I missing?
Thanks!
Chris

Here is picture that Corefile posted and I zoomed in on the Lord mounts. Spacers all look the same to me. Are there height differences between the front and rear rubber mounts since the two have different dash numbers in the parts list?

Thanks for the photo. Other than mine being a less cool gray color, that is the exact set up we are installing.
The front and rear Lord C188 mounts are different from each other. The fronts use a 1.9” inner spacer that, when the bolt is in and tight, won’t allow for much squish. The aft ones have a hollow cavity and use a 1.6” spacer which is about .3” short of fitting snugly. The only way the aft ones would work is if the rubber itself is compressed the .3” until the inner spacer makes contact. Possible but odd. The Acorn drawings are totally clear on the parts depictions but don’t define what happens with the gap in the aft mounts.
