Seeking Moose Creek information

Afternoon! Im looking to fly into moose creek this summer and am wondering when a good time to do it is. When is the earliest its possible to get in without getting stuck in the mud. Any info is helpful. Thanks!

I believe Flying a Hawkes has been landing Moose for a while already.

He said 1 &19 are closed, but 4 is good to go.
