Shearwater Marina, Denny Is., Canada (?)
Not necessarily information about airstrips or airports, but more general info about a greater area or a route of flight.
Hello Canadian Flight Gurus;
Anyone stayed at Shearwater (or has reasonable knowledge there of) flying up or down the West coast of Canada? Looking for fuel and lodging this June on way to Ketchikan, AK.
Thank you, eh!

My wife and I spent one night there ten years ago when we were sailing our boat south from Alaska. Seemed like a nice place. We stayed on our boat but the hotel looked alright. I think I remember the restaurant being good.

It was a Catalina 36. I fixed it up in Juneau, living on it for two years. We spent the 3rd summer cruising the inside passage. And ended up selling the boat in Washington state for a nice profit.

I sent Shearwater Lodge an email about staying there for a night or two. Received a prompt reply...
