Shortfield.com

Is Shortfield.com active? I've tried to add some content this past year and usually give up. I've also noticed the information is mostly several years old. Just checked and noticed Cougar Ranch is not listed. It's a nice resource, just wondering..

I think Chris shares many of the same issues I do...day job, family, etc. Shortfield is a side project.

As far as I know it's still an actively maintain thing but import of the FAA database is a manual operation. I'll let him speak to any specifics.

Re: Shortfield.com

Hi,
The short answer is that I have not been actively maintaining the site and it definitely needs some updates and repairs. Like Zane said, I've been busy with many other things (including building a airplane, and a bush-flying video game - more on that soon), and it's been hard to find time for Shortfield.com. That said, I've been planning to give it some attention this year... to tweak functionality, improve usability, and allow for better integration with BCP.

Thanks for the inquiry. I'll be sure to post any progress updates here.

Re: Shortfield.com

Great to hear. It’s a great asset I’d hate to see go by the wayside.
