Show Low AZ Airstrips ?

Looking for Airstrips in vicinty of Show Low ,AZ . Know most of paved stuff -Going to see Grand Kids -Near Pinedale ,AZ . Anyone got any ideas ?

the nearest i am aware of are chapman ranch 58AZ and pleasant valley 24AZ over by young AZ....you can also for pure fun do red creek over west of payson on the verde river, its not on any charts but plenty of info on the net...its about 1200 ft with a fun approach, one way in/out

Chapman Ranch is closed, nobody would come up with the money for the insurance.
Redcreek can be used either direction no problem, I've done it at gross in my C-180 and my SuperCub.

I'm looking at them all --- Red Creek is where Mark Hawkins died in his 180.

Finally setteled on Show Low International and Hair Care center tiedown --- Spot is going bonkers --- Thunder storms kept me here overnight ---Think I'll fly the Canyon on the way back home with Coffee stop at AZ50.
