This is kind of late notice, but the Skwentna Roadhouse is putting on their second annual Flyin June 1 and 2, 2013. This year they got all the permissions in place to have a STOL competition and flour bombing contest, which can be done either day, its a "we are here to please" event, low key. They are great people and are going to have a barbecue and other fun. If desired they have both 100LL available on a trailer tank to service the airport and they have rooms if you want to stay over. I am attaching a flyer, call or email them if you have any questions. I am reining flour bombing winner, and even though I get in from Mexico on June 2 at 1am, I will be out there on Sunday afternoon.

ATTENTION -- PASW Skwentna Roadhouse sponsored Flyin/STOL competition/flour bombing/poker run is extended. Due to the low weather today at both Skwentna and in the Mat/Su Valley, the second day of the flyin is going to be resceduled to Saturday June 8! Why the heck not!

There was a good turnout on Saturday June 1, and all of those entries are still valid. Here is the revised details:

Events for STOL and flour-bombing competition open from 10am to 3pm. Poker Run remains open to 3pm. Barbeque will start at 1pm and be available all afternoon.
