Perhaps it was his user name that got him banned...

Hey Wup,
did he get banned for being an A-Hole? Not the back country type, just a normal one. Heck, I fit that bill some days, just ask my wife. That was my read on it anyway. Oh, one more question, where the heck is Thornhollow and does it have an airstrip? :-k

Let's just say it wasn't the user's first time here. When a user is banned, I have a good reason, and it's never because of their position in an argument.

Perhaps I should come out and publicly announce it when i do so, so that you aren't wondering about it and arriving at the wrong conclusions?

While aviation has made the world a smaller place, if you fall, it's still hard to miss!

You guys probably sympathize with the spammers and hackers too.

Re: Small plane makes emergency landing at Phoenix playground

Come on guys. Zane allowed my original user name of "AntiCub" for a long while before I elected to change it. It had led to a couple pretty heated arguments when people didn't understand it was mean tounge in cheek. So 3M must have said something pretty darn rude to get himself banned.

Keep up the good work Zane =D>

Re: Small plane makes emergency landing at Phoenix playground

Well the city of Mesa did not even wait for the NTSB to come out and are trying to put in fees and restriction on one of, if not, the busiest GA/student training airport in the valley. (fly is not expensive enough) I got this from some one here.
Hello All:

It seems that the people in mesa are in attack mode against the airport AGAIN. I just recieved an email. The city is about to pass some legislation that will start restricting flight opperations and start taxing everyone. Here is the document that was sent to me.

http://www.mesaaz.gov/government/councilmtg/5-4-09/7d.pdf

Looks like we only have 4 days to fight this so spread the word fast. If this passes in mesa, you know every airport in the valley will be under fire.

I don't even know really what you do I is there a place to contact AOPA. Will they do anything? Any suggestions?
