Sometimes you don't need a bush plane

I got to take the Challenger 350 to CYZP and CMZT. Not technically backcountry, but almost as much fun.
MZT was socked in so I diverted to YZP. Made the midfield turnoff. Landing weight was approx. 31K lbs.

Weather at MZT lifted and we finally got in. Gusty winds made for a sporty approach.

Nice photos - the Queen Charlottes are amazing. I'd love to get back there one of these days.

Neat pics! I am hopping out of a Falcon 50 into a Citation X. The 50 always impressed me with it's short field capability. What sort of ref do you have at 31K??

Beautiful country... flew into CYZP about 30 years ago and saw a Canadian Airlines 737-200... regularly scheduled service at the time.
