Heard the author interviewed this AM on NPR. I love listening to audio books when Im driving, and it sounds like a good book, so I downloaded it.

This accident had a profound impact at Transport Canada. It changed the way that Regulatory Oversight is done. Up until then, Transport Canada was nothing more than a glorified flying club whose members were retired Airforce Pilots.
