Have 10 half inch holes in the wings to inspect forward and rear spars. The rubber plugs that fill the holes are about gone from UV exposure and winters. Anyone know where to buy new ones? Searched Spruce but did not find what I was looking for.

Use "snap in hole plugs", available at any hardware store for less than a buck each.

Well, I was hoping for rubber or a neoprene type material to keep moisture out.
Looks like a metal plug would be leaky. Am I being too concerned about water?

If it's where rain might leak in, and you tie down outside, then you definitely want to be concerned about water. Actually, they make the hole plugs in both metal and plastic or nylon. I never noticed any rubber ones, but then again, I wasn't looking. Maybe a nylon one with a little silicone sealant around it would do the trick if you can't find rubber ones.

It is a big deal on our birds. I think univair carry the rubber plugs not sure though. I use foil take like used for hvac ducting...I don't like the look of all those rubber plugs poking out.
