Does anyone have any experience basing out of Sportsman's in Newberg, OR? Either parking at a tiedown or renting a hangar? Curious if theft/vandalism is an issue. Newberg the town seems to be pretty hit or miss in this regards very much depending on your location.

The airpark just repaved the runway and it sounds like they are trying to build more hangar space. I have seen a fuel truck there but I am not about fuel availability there in general.
