Starting a club

So, I sold my flying 170 and the project 170 is still a few years away from leaving the ground.
In the mean time, I though I'd burry myself in flight training and get my commercial, instrument, CFI, Float...
I could rent but I thought it might be better to start a club with a good 182 or other such complex IFR platform.
I think tailwheel would only complicate club membership (and insurance) else I'd love to do this with a 180 or better yet a 195.
Anyone run a club that could give me advice?
I'd be basing the club in the DC area at Leesburg airport.
Thanks for any advice.

Are there no flying clubs already there at all for you to join? How about at other nearby airports like Frederick, MD or Manassas, VA?

Leesburg is a 30 minute drive.
Frederick is an hour or better and Manassas is 45 minutes with no traffic (which never happens)
The clubs at Leesburg that I know of are pretty booked full.
