Anyone know who exactely has the stc's for the Franklin 220hp conversion and a website?

I assume you're talking about an STC for the 170/172? The Q1/2003 issue of The 170 News had an ad for this STC by Franklin Aircraft Engines, Inc of Fort Collins Colorado. 970-224-4404 www.franklinengines.com
I think they had some ads in previous issues but not since then.
