I thought I would post that I recently got Aerocet 2200 floats approved for Cessna 170 A, B and straight tail 172 models with the conventional gear modification (Fravel). It is for 145 up to 180 H.P. The performance is incredible, better than Edo 2000's and you have cavernous hatches that hold 100 pounds each. Better yet, I pushed out on the lake and my wife and I both walked to the sterns and they did not sink. We had the tops still out of the water with about 3/4" freeboard. Don't try that on Edos
