Stinson 108 in the knowledge base... let's do this

Haha...on the heels of the Cessna 170 excitement, and then seeing that cool 108 that Big Renna posted, it seems sensible to also make a Stinson 108 entry in the KB. It might help if we can store some of the common questions people have like flap notches and deflection, available engine STCs, etc.

Please chime in if you're a knowledgeable or even semi-knowledgeable 108 guy. Thanks!

I owned and flew one for 25 years, I tore it down to the frame and rebuilt it, I swapped engines and then rebuilt one brand new. I have lots of information on these wonderful old planes. I also have lots of 0-435 Lyc parts and a set of EDO 2425 floats for sale.

That's great Shane. You can download this template file, edit it for the Stinson 108, and email it to me at zane@ or knowledge@

Wow, will I never learn? Open your big mouth and you will get put to work.
I can do some of that but it won't be done by tomorrow, I will do what I can.

Don't blow your weekend...haha. I've got a queue a mile long. When you get around to it is fine.
