Stinson 108 Rebuild

Here goes my first post on here. I've had my PP since 2012 and recently was offered the opportunity to buy a Stinson 108 from a close friend that acquired it in a will. 1538TT with 246SMOH on the Franklin 150. We changed the oil and filters, drained the fuel and put fresh 100LL in, charged the battery and she fired right up. The last annual was in 2015. An AP/AI friend of mine flew out to check it out and we found a bunch of wasp nests and rat nests in it, so we decided to pull the wings and trailer it home for a tear down and fabric job. Anyway, here are a few photos of how shes sitting in the barn today. Trailered home 6/2/18 and stripped her down 6/3.
