I've had a few requests to post pictures of the mount I'm using for my Drift HD170. It is made by a friend of mine, Bill Hemmel, in New Hampshire. I was "beta testing" it for him, and he let me keep it. I really like it. It's solidly made and where the clamp attaches to the strut it has a layer of shock-absorbing Sorbothane that helps keep the vibration to a minimum. Here are a few shots of the mount:
