Wow, with all four on it must be brighter than daytime. I'd guess with the low amperage draw of the LED's, you don't have any trouble lighting them all up for landing?

Right - super bright. I used existing pulselight wig-wag flasher as it was already there. Then installed diodes between the landing and taxi light positive terminals (banded or cathode end to taxi light positive, other diode lead to landing light positive). That way when the taxi light it turned on, it comes on by itself. When the landing light is turned on, the diode lights the taxi light too. Since current draw for each lamp is half what it was with the halogens (48 vs 100 watts), the load on the electrical system is a hair under what it was originally, and LED projected lifetime is so great, I won't live long enough to wear them out - - so I fly with wig wag on all the time.

Due to the broad beam spread of the taxi lights, they appear much brighter when off to the side in the front quadrant of the aircraft. So unless the conflicting aircraft or bird is almost directly ahead in the relatively narrow landing light beam, the taxi lights will appear brighter to the threat aircraft for collision avoidance.
