This kid is brash - 30 days is super aggressive. Even if he did it - he'd see nothing along the way - what's the fun in that. His route straight to the azores is also risky as I understand it. This kid has only been flying 2 years.

There was a 20 year old who did it last summer - in 58 days - and he'd been flying since he was 14 - 6 years - and was heavily supported on the ground by his parents. He held the title for only a month or two before he was beaten out by a 19 year old. The 19yo is named Ryan Campbell. The 20 yo is Jack Weigand. Ryan did it in 68 days.
