Texas STOL Roundup Camping/Parking

This year’s Texas STOL Roundup is going to have a record number of competitors and spectators, weather permitting. To accommodate the large turnout we are modifying parking/camping areas as shown on the event map below.

The camping area along 13/31 (marked in green) is for the exclusive parking of competitor and sponsor aircraft. Anyone can camp under the wings of the aircraft assuming the aircraft owner gives permission to do so.

The camping area along 17/35 (marked in yellow) is for non-competitor/spectator aircraft staying overnight. Anyone can camp under the wings of the aircraft assuming the aircraft owner gives permission to do so.

The visitor/transient aircraft parking area (marked in pink) is for parking aircraft flying in for just the day.

Transportation between the areas during the scheduled events will be provided.

BRING YOUR OWN TIEDOWNS.
You can not leave your aircraft unattended unless it’s tied down.

So looking forward to this... Hopefully the weather will cooperate along my entire 600+ mile route!

Bring it on! I'll be lucky if I get 15-20 hours in the Maule by then but can't wait!
