Apparently no more exemption required for commercial ops, just an airman certificate and an online course for commercial ops. For current part 61 cert holders, an online application process will result in an automatic temporary remote certificate.
Private/hobbyist operation is still only regulated by Section 336, which gives the 400 AGL limitation and no operations near an airport.
Is that how you guys read it?
