Grant it, I am not flying a tailwheel yet, but by watching this video, doesnt it seem like it would be a good thing to bring the tailwheel up to prevent it from bouncing in the snow?

To pop it into ground effect and stop "bouncing the tailwheel in the snow", among other reasons
