Transfer Ownership of an Experimental that I did not build

All,
I recently purchased an RV-8 and I am in the process of registering it. Does anybody know if I need to submit anything other than a Bill of Sale and the 8050-1? Is anything else required if I am not the builder? I've been through it all on the certified side with little problem, but never on the Experimental side. I have combed the FAA site and forums, but I am still confused. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just bought an experimental that I did not build in June. The documents I submitted were an 8050-1 (FAA registration change), 8050-2 (FAA bill of sale), and the security agreement from my bank, but if you're paying cash you won't have one of those.

Thanks Gents! That's what I suspected, but I wanted to verify so as to minimize FAA complications.
