Transponder went out on me today. Narco 50A.

I landed in Frederick, md. Tried recycling it and nothing. About mt embark on a long journey. Does anyone have an extra narco transponder they would sell me or rent to me for a few days? Most definitely going to run into some imc and was planning on doing some good ifr training flights on the way. Or anything you guys would recommend to look for and check? Any help is greatly appreciated.

They are so common.. the local avionics shop should be able to revive it pretty quickly...
I have spare King 76 and 78's around... but pinouts are different than yours.

Flying is dangerous. If you think otherwise, you are new at this sport. Mind the gravity not the gap.

Will the 150 slip in? Found a 50a in Ohio. If I leave right now I could probably make it there before the storm.. Yup. eBay. Thanks for the simple but very useful hint.

Did you check your antenna? I have lost 2 of them on my Maule and another time the connector came off the antenna.
