2 different companies with the same name. They were once the same but when Rowan sold the company fixed wing and helicopters were separated. Still sad never the less. Condolences to the pilots family and friends.

Re: Tweeto's On Tonight

Good episode tonight but a stitch too much drama over landing a Caravan on little diomede on a beautiful day.

As for Ariel and her lessons.. not much improvement. My question to you'all..did any of you take initial flying lessons in a Cessna 207? Looks like it may be difficult to fly for a rookie.

A Sled (C207) is easier to fly than a C150... Though vis over that long nose makes ya feel like you're in a taildragger.

Re: Tweeto's On Tonight

she's tiny.. can she even see over the panel much less the nose... and all I could think of on the Little Diomede part was the SNL skit on Sarah Palin... "i can see Russia from my back house".....

and a buddy of mine used to fly a FedEx Caravan. He said if you can fly a 172, you can fly a Caravan :)
