Re: Twin Pine 2015

Great pictures, I especially like the one of mine, thanks.

On the way home from the fly-in my youngest son who always asks to fly the airplane told me "I know how to fly now so you can take it". He decided he has mastered the art of flying which made me smile.

Re: Twin Pine 2015

Flying in a Minnesota winter takes some dedication......flying an open cockpit Stearman in a Minnesota winter is hard core!!

As always, Brad, great pictures.....thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the kudos! :D
Yeah, Don Larson flew the N3N up from Princeton. Brrrr... That's about 45 some odd miles on a cold day.
No, Mary is in Florida training people in her amphib 172 (just picked it up). Her Cub is here in Brainerd undergoing an annual. It'll go back on floats after that. It did make it to Park Rapids though.

Mary's amphib 172 is blue and white, so it's already been called "Smurf" ...
